Rewiring

Large generators and huge wires have been installed around the hospital site.  This is one of the bigger installations.  There is another major installation in the main central plaza.  And three more sets around the site.

Apparently, there needs to be an upgrade of the main hospital electrical infrastructure.  I am not sure whether we are going to be depending on the generators, or if they're just a precaution.
