In loving remembrance

It is Remembrance Day in Canada (hence the poppies on the three subjects and the deliberate placement of the flag in the background). It is also an incredibly warm day, very unseasonably so for November 11.

I was so proud of both of my children. R did a wonderful job doing a remembrance reading and C sang the poppy song in front of the congregation at church (with some help from mum).

The third child in the picture is R's friend, J, who slept over and came with us to church this morning.
