Happy Birthday Liane!

Party time! Liane's racked up another year, still a few years younger than me of course. Nice to meet friends, neighbours, her daughters and grandsons; think the last time I saw the girls they were kid-size themselves!
Can you bring dessert for 17, we were asked. OK, it's a party so I made trifle, working on the theory that no-one would know what a trifle should taste like. Think I got away with it. Only thing was I made two trifles (well, 17 sounded a lot) so now we've got the second one all to ourselves. I'm sure it'll freeze, will find out at some future defrost time.
