The best laid plans .....

Amelie and Sophia were keen to go on a dolphin watching trip so Laura and I booked for 9.30 am. Up early, oiled and excited we reached the slipway only to be told the boat would be an hour late. Undeterred we had a great breakfast at ‘The Ledge’ and returned at 10.30 to be informed there had been a problem and new battery was being procured from Portimao. New time might be noon - but not guaranteed! We gave up and spent relaxed morning on the beach.
