Remembering - Bideford, Devon

I don't know who left this - but it is a beautiful tribute to Rifleman Arthur Waite who died in action in February 1916. It is next to the war memorial in Bideford, North Devon. To see his face 96 years on is just amazing. RIP Rifleman Waite.
