Black-tailed Godwits

Guy's college friend came to visit and we took him to RSPB Saltholme as he is a fairly keen birder. It was a super day and warm enough to be there without a jacket. Considering that Saltholme is on the North Sea coast that is fairly unusual.

This evening we treated ourselves to a meal at Chapters Hotel. It is the first time we have had a meal there for several years and is definitely recommended.
