Making Way

Saw this is I drove towards Neuchatel, it's near a major infrastructure redevelopment of the main arteries around and through Neuchatel. This building is just opposite the Phillip Morris Production facilities, so not sure why they are knocking down an old but still intact building. The detail is quite impressive and I caught it as best as possible.
