Bouncy fun

We decided to have a quiet day today after yesterday's adventure and a nightmare start to the day! Had to arrange for Tess's van to go to garage then reorganise all the dogs across the remaining 2 vans trying to ensure all dogs got walked at the time they need and with other dogs they'll get on with i.e bit of a headache and all before breakfast!! When we were in Malta last May we had 2 vans off the road and were sat on the beach arranging hire vans and garages. Then 2 months later when we went to Pembrokeshire we had the same fault on Fionas van and that had to go back into the garage due to failed parts. Its hard not to feel jinxed as every time we dare to go on holiday one or two of the vans have an issue. All related to dpf filters and despite running them on longer journeys to clear, putting cleaner through them and more regular servicing it seems that diesel vans are just not fit for the job we need them to do.

We spent the day on the beach the other end of Bol by the monestry. Its really busy and the beaches get so crowded because they are tiny but getting used to it now.

Toby had some fun on this inflatable water park thing with Mike. He's got it into his head that swimming in the sea is totally different to swimming in a pool and basically hasn't had the confidence to give it a go. He had a life jacket on for this so it gave him loads of confidence and he's since been swimming in the sea. Eva said she didn't want to have a go and waited till we were ready to leave the beach before saying actually she did (in true Eva style!) and then getting upset.

Had a lovely meal by the harbour this evening. I had a tuna steak and mike had a rump steak brought out on a really hot stone, so you basically cooked it yourself how you wanted it done. The tuna steak was amazing. Kids had a burger.

There was a really nice atmosphere in the town tonight with a live band and everyone out dancing. Day ended well.
