That time of year

when the SYFC video needs to be created and I annoy the rest of the team by constantly sticking a camera in their face. 

This is EH and she is a legend. This time last year she did a bit of volunteering for us. Now she's one third of the way through her degree and in on course to becoming one of the greatest youth workers ever. I'm so excited by how far she's come in just one year. Seriously, this girl is the business. So glad she's on my team.
