Our first proper day in Alice Springs. Today we learnt that for a small town in the middle of the desert it houses over 23,000 people!! Really suprised to find it also has fast food - maccas, kfc etc, kmart and shopping centres! With enough to see and do Hugh and I had a wander round the cbd looking at the shops alongside some feathery friends and then took a walk up Anzac hill for some great views across town and to watch the sunset
