Great Egret

We stopped at the MacKenzie Marsh this morning and saw an assortment of birds in the larger pond. The smaller pond has been almost taken over by reeds due to the drought from 2 years ago. The two white egrets showed up well at the pond, this one watching from high up in a tree and another one fishing further away.
