Neighbours

We are really lucky to have fantastic neighbours. Hubby and Felix spent a lot of time together and are always helping each other out with things around the house and  yard. We are making progress with our front yard but there are still a lot of huge granite stones to be removed. Our neighbours' son-in-law has been helping them to remove a hedge with his digger and offered to help Hubby with digging out the stones. The machine just fitted through our gate and in no time and with a minimum of fuss  he dug them up and deposited them in a neat pile to be used elsewhere. The stone in the blip was huge and too big for the pile so he had to drive it out and into the neighbour's lot. It took a lot of skill to get it up and out of the yard and I was very impressed as were his parents and young daughter who were all watching from our terrace. See extras.
The excitement over, Hubby levelled the area and compacted the dirt and was saved 2 weekends of labour on the area.
