Sunday Dinner

Raymond has become a bit of an expert at the BBQ. Today he is doing pork shoulder slow cooked on hickory chips soaked in whiskey. Smells delicious - especially the hot piri piri sauce with loads of garlic.

It has been quite thundery/hot here today and we all had a walk in the Pentlands. Dixie managed to get through an open gate and had a swim in the reservoir. At least it was clean water!
