Hometown 10K

Shrewsbury 10K 43:37

Undulating, sweaty, Hilly, hot and sticky despite the 9am start so I was quite pleased with the time all things considered. Definitely appreciated the shout from Louisa as I came through the Quarry too.
I got a Medal, T shirt and water but none of the promised chocolate at the end.

Thanks to Danielle for the number and a pleasant surprise to see fellow Harrier Bev running the streets of Shrewsbury.
