Haring along.....

Our local council has decided that it's more cost effective to have a set of sculptures created for the roundabouts in my town, rather than keep planting flowers. I quite agree, but these sculptures are not easy to photograph.

This one has been created by sculptor Andy Edwards who is most famous for The Beatles statue in Liverpool and the Christmas Truce in Belgium.

He worked with local engineering apprentices at PM Training for three months to turn his design into reality.

We also have a trout, a bee and a buzzard - all wildlife you can see in an urban environment.
