Notes: Up early-ish and achy. Decided to go for a run, nice morning. Rough rest of day tho with stomach issues and in the bathroom a lot. Napped late morning into early afternoon. Alice arrived around 130p and then back out for dinner around 5p. Talked to Steph for several hours and then again later just before bed.
