Sunday stroll

Breagh and I enjoyed a long walk (appx 3 miles) around the RSPB reserve at Mersehead this morning. It's a great place to stroll as we usually have the place virtually to ourselves - apart from the birds, of course. There were hundreds of geese in the merse and lots of smaller birds enjoying the bright sunshine in the wooded areas. My goal is to spot an osprey flying over the shore; apparently they look like a "flying barn door"!
