Sleepy time for Foxy, Iggle-Piggle and Hendrix

We were looking after Hendrix for a few hours today and he was obviously tired but would not go to sleep, just kept rubbing his eyes, yawning etc......
We've found that if I hold him in both arms so he's lying across me, I stand up and rock him a bit and sing Geordie songs, he falls asleep. I sing Blaydon Races, The Lambton Worm, and what I can remember of When the Boat Comes In.
Seems to work but Joanne reckons he pretends to be asleep so I'll stop singing!
