River Stour

I didn't have much opportunity for photography last Tuesday as I spent most of the afternoon on an errand (don't ask) driving up the Fosse Way to Warwickshire, and returned through a number of beauty spots (Hook Norton, Chipping Norton, Shipton-under-Wychwood, Burford, Lechlade upon Thames, Highworth, er, Swindon) in pitch darkness.

However, shortly after driving through Shipston-on-Stour on the way up, I approached this rather fine five arched 17th century bridge, just outside Honington, in the late afternoon light and stopped to take a couple of pictures for my river series.
