Raffle

I saw Guiseley ten times last season, they won one of those games. It was a relegation season.

So it was a pleasant surprise this evening to get a first glimpse of the rebuilding exercise that's been going on over the summer. The Lions hosted Championship team Bolton Wanderers in a pre-season friendly;  a 3-1 win did not flatter Guiseley. They played a lot of attractive and effective football and actually looked like a team.

And a large moon rising against a twilight sky added to the occasion.

And I won first prize in the raffle :)
