It's never long between those awkward moments when you have children.

Think this call may have been from the verger to a local glazier.

It will have gone along the lines..

"Can you come and fix a pane of glass in one of the windows of Trebeck Hall. One of the choristers has thrown a juggling ball at another choristers head and managed to smash a window"......

"Yes there were adults in charge"
