Sunrise

From the bedroom window, it’s always nice to wake up and witness these wonders! Mom was very happy I woke her up, definitely worth it ;-)
Later today my sister, brother-in-law and I went to Tonalá, Jalisco to see the typical dances and parade. They celebrate saint Santiago and the representations are very cruel, their beliefs and traditions are strong. The place where some of these representations is on top of a hill called “The queens hill” and you can see all around cities like Guadalajara, Tlaquepaque and others that I don’t know the names. On top of the hill there’s a beautiful catholic chapel made all of stone even the altar is one piece stone on top of two others.
There is so much history in that town, a place to see for sure!
