Cooling down

The last three days I didn't feel like cooking, so I just had some crackers and cheese. This afternoon I made tomorrow night's dinner. It only needs reheating when I come home.

For tonight I made a salad. I'll put it in the extra. I put fresh mango in, walnuts and sausages cut into little pieces. As a healthy dressing I combined Greek yogurt with some raspberries and blueberries, defrosted from the freezer.

While making dinner I had some extra minced meat and rice. I put them in two little containers, for later use. It's very hard now to cool down food, as I usually do before putting it in the freezer. I got a freezer block from the freezer, added some water and put the little containers in. Worked like a charm!
