On my sleeve!

I'm not good at hiding my emotions and can be accused of wearing my heart on my sleeve. It's something I'm aware of, which is a start, and I try to manage it but sometimes the passion I have for a subject can be difficult to bottle up and it doesn't go down well.

The day start with a surprise job offer, moved on to planning for the future and quite possibly some life changing decisions, and finishes with me frustrated at work depriving me of going to a Bellowhead gig in Cardiff.

As I was saying I wear my heart on my sleeve!
