Correct Me...

..if I'm wrong but I've done some research and think that this is a Bank Vole.  He's living in our Cotswold Stone Wall and came out fleetingly to nibble on a fallen apple. I tried to get closer but he was very shy. 
Any further information on his/her ID would be greatly appreciated :)
