Looking up in London

I seem to have spent the day dripping around the streets of London, looking up to find shapes and spaces between interesting possibly abstract buildings.  Not sure whether or not I found anything for the Camera School Challenge, but I did enjoy myself.  In spite of the heat on the hottest day for I don't know how long.

I met up with Chantler 63 at Marylebone and we made our way to the Salvation Army Cafe to meet up with Black Tulip.  Nice and cool in there.  Like lambs to the slaughter, we wandered out onto the streets and into the extreme (For England) heat.  We went in the direction of the City of London and it took us some time to find the sort of things we wanted but then we were surrounded by some iconic buildings - some still unfinished.  We enjoyed distant views of the Shard as we stared up the Cheese Grater and the Lloyds Building and the Scalpel and the Gherkin to mention but a few.  We were given a voucher for a meal deal lunch for Fenchurch Street Co-op so we found a wall with a bit of a breeze to dine on.  We know how to have a good time!  The hottest bit of the day had to be the Central Line Tube back to St Paul's.  Truly unbearably drippingly sweltering.

A very good day with funny and helpful friends.  For those of you doing the Camera School stuff, would this one fir the brief?  I really haven't got a clue...
