Reacher

I've been a fan of Lee Child's books and his hero Jack Reacher for a number of years. So you can imagine how interested I was a few years ago when it was announced that one of the Reacher books was going to be made into a film.

Reacher is describer in the books as being 6ft 5in and 250 pounds. So who did they find to play him, none other than that giant actor, Tom Cruise, all of 5ft 7 and a tea leaf and weighing about as much as two soggy tea bags.

What a disappointment, and no, I haven't seen the films.
