Spot on

There was a rumble of thunder in the middle of the night but nothing more, although I think MK had some rain.  It's still mighty hot and I need to take a thank you letter down to the postbox before the collection.

JJ played golf this morning and has been snoozing in the shade this afternoon, so I took him a choc ice and saw this ladybird have a quiet few minutes before heading off to who knows where. 

ps we had a short, sharp shower just after 5 pm.
