The rain was coming down in silly amounts...

...as I did my balance disc exercizes…
Hope you appreciate the thumbnail - it is still bruised from when we walked on Ilkley moor and I kicked a stone ;) 
The balance disc is particularly recommended for improving the strength of ankles and calf muscles - but it's quite silly trying to keep your balance on one foot on a wobbly inflatable disc... and then trying to take a photo as well ;))
