Poison Oak

A California Native. I was leading a trip today with 18 people. It was a multi-subject trip; Outdoor photography, nature, and history. This little beauty gave me a chance to demonstrate spot lighting in photography, using a telephoto lens for close-ups, and a quick nature lesson about the effects of Poison oak. It was growing on the moss of a downed log.
