Cotswold Way - Broadway to Winchcombe

Wednesday. In an attempt to beat the very hot afternoon sun I was dropped off in Broadway early to walk back to Winchcombe following the Cotswold Way. It's a 13 mile walk and I arrived back home not long after lunch time. You start  by going up the escarpment just outside of Broadway, then before Stanway you go steeply down only to go back up again at Wood Stanway! The main blip is taken from near Stumps Cross with a view across to Dumbleton Hill in the middle distance, Bredon Hill is just behind and the Malvern Hills are in the far distance.
