'Spoils' of the holiday

Collected my Orchids from our son today, as he had been looking after it while we were away, and a couple of little branches broke off in transit. they are now sitting on my windowsill.
The lemon fell off the plant, as did all of the leaves while we were away. But I live in hope that they will grow again.
