After the excitement of London, the cooler wetter weekend has been a bit of a non-event. It was even too wet to go for a run up to the moor. 

So a 5 km run on the treadmill [in record time] this morning; a long-overdue data protection assignment completed this afternoon and a short walk to clock up my steps this evening.
