We went to watch the motorbike racing at Trac Mon on Anglesey, this weekend and to help our mate Gordon, who was racing his sidecar outfit.
He's 65 and has been my pal, for 60 of those years.
8 stone, ringing wet, he's done the TT, in the Isle of Man and has been racing, since 1973.
He won the sidecar race, at the Belgian Classic TT, last year and doesn't look like retiring, any time soon.
There's hope for us all !
