Water Ensures Life

Berlin 33°c   Many people find this hot weather wonderful Others have mixed feelings .Yet all have taps , bottled water etc .Something wildlife lacks .Ponds have dried up  stretches of water left have blue green algae ( dangerous stuff), there are few if any puddles and already the RSPB and their German counterpart NABU think many birds have died . If every blipper put a bowl of water out each day it helps .Also ask family & friends if they can join the cause.The pigeons clustered around here are very orderly .Sparrows and crows drink at my balcony. Note ) in these temperatures the two water dishes I have need refilling twice daily  ....
