Watching

This female Mallard duck was keeping an eye on seven ducklings and I thought it was pretty impressive that seven survived to this size, hopefully they will continue to thrive.  
The coastguard were out on the river today searching for someone else who has gone missing, there are definitely hazards to living near water.
