Horses on the Beach

Pleasant morning walk on the beach - dry and lots of horses around.

Did a shortish run outside - will need to see the doctor as I'm really struggling with allergies this year - forced onto my bike which is a lot less tiring than running.

Caught the end of Le Tour and met neighbour to discuss the parking situation in the Square - exciting stuff.
