Just a weed.

Went on a long walk with a friend I have not seen all summer.  We were out early to walk before it got hot.  No birds or animals were seen and most of the plants were dried up.  The news is saying the smoke from the fires in Southern Oregon and Northern California will be blowing our way by tomorrow.
