My house is a magic house where tea-pot hens lay hand-painted eggs.

More seriously, the brown eggs are the Marans ones. (Could be even more "chocolaty", I think it depends on breed selection).
The beautifully painted ones are a typical handicraft from Bucovina, Romania. We had this very specific technique explained and the eggs painted in front of us. They're real eggs, the inside of which has been emptied.
The tea-pot was made by an inventive Moroccan blacksmith based in Essaouira.
