Vandalism?

Sat in traffic staring at this on a Monday morning. Couldn't decide if it was just mindless vandalism or of somebody now has a massive picture of Taylor Lautner on their bedroom wall.

Either way the man with the ladder needs to get it back off the van and get back up it.
