Another Day Closer To The Weekend

The hottest day of the week so far.  

Stupidly hot.

We had a team meeting this afternoon.  An hour and a half of bla-bla-bla and not blah-blah-blah as it would be in Englisch.

Our manager set up the meeting in another building.  One with air-conditioning and free bottles of water.  And he treated everyone to an ice-lolly.  It was lovely to have 90 minutes of respite from the spiteful heat.  

Our manager is like that.

I didn't want to go back to our office.  

Setting cool packs on cups in front of fans to give you 10 minutes of a semblance of coolness is no fun at all.

I think I drank 5 liters of water today.

Not funny.

A few glasses of Sekt to cheer the Sunset is always in order though.
