Esther's first trolley experience was round Sainsbury's. Iris' was round Aldi. It kinda sums up my current financial state compared to when I was on maternity leave with Esther.

We were there to pick up a very early birthday present for Iris; a swing. The boys not happy. He will have to mow round it. At least I'll have somewhere to put her while I peg the washing out.

Reasons to be cheerful:
I got a wedding invite from Catchphrase Dan who I used to work with. I may not be able to make it but really chuffed he thought of me. He doesn't seem old enough to get wed but then he must be about 26 now.
