Back Spasm Day

Don't know what I did, or when, but my back was having a fit all day. Ice and heat, ice and heat. And sit in the lounge chair. And ice. And heat. I managed to do a few rows on my latest knitting project: it's a lacy cowl. The yarn is such a beautiful variegated wonder; I can't imagine how the dye job is done. Ice and heat and good night.
