No parking

This car is parked in an area that not only has signs saying "no on street parking," they're also parked where there are cones. The apartment sent an email saying to follow the rules because people were complaining about their cars being towed. Duh.

I took a photo of this street looking the other way yesterday. I hope the noise isn't too bad.
