Go Slow

My body has completely given up!  After a week of intense garden landscaping, it's thrown in the towel and said enough is enough. 
My back is seizing up and I cannot do anything with my right arm. 
A couple of days rest should sort it. 
Of course, in an ideal world, this is what I should do but of course, that's never going to happen, as I'm babysitting the two youngest tomorrow :)
