Initiative

It's been a very tough few weeks.

But Lois made my day yesterday.

I had to pick her up after school because she had asked for extra tuition on fractions. It hadn't been offered to her, she emailed her teacher and asked for assistance.

The teacher gave her one to one tuition for half an hour.

It's funny how something seemingly routine and ordinary like that can turn your day around.

I just admire her initiative in working that out all on her own.

I took this shot after we had a Chinese take away. We invited Jayman888 and his children around to join us.

Meanwhile at Westfield Stratford our respective wives were out shopping together.
