A Typical Day

It was glorious again this morning.  I always think it's a shame that "coolth" isn't a word in wider use.  My Chambers Dictionary says coolth exists but I don't think I've heard or read it.   I can enjoy the warmth of things, surely I should be able to enjoy the coolth of things as well.

Anyway, this morning was gloriously cool.  For nearly an hour.  I managed to get the temperature in the office down to 26°C.  It felt comfortable.  For an hour.  And then it started to climb.

Around 2:30 I stood up and thought I was on a ship.  My head was mush.  So rather than just sit there and cook, I came home.  In a bus with no air conditioning.  I was dripping by the time I got here.  It is not a good look.

The Blip is of a sticker on the laptop of a colleague and sums up my feelings on pretty much every day at work.
