Heron

I hate Mr (or Mrs) Sod and his (her) law !
I got to within about 20 feet of this heron, but of course, I had not taken my telephoto lens out today. I shall try again tomorrow, when we can guarantee that the bird will be missing.
In the meantime, I'll blip this and cross my fingers.
