In answer to yesterday's question, where does this road lead? Here's the road after it goes through the impressive mountain pass carved out of the rock.

This road is in Karnali and is the way you go to get from Mugu to Jumla in the West of Nepal. A spectacular looking road with fantastic views, but maybe don't look down... This journey took 8 hours and we arrived in Jumla at 11 pm. We had previously waited for over three days at the airport (a loose term) for a flight out, and in the end, we chose to hire a jeep to drive us out.
