magnificent...

...mushrooms thriving  on a tree stump I suspect has been treated with something orange and grim but which seems to have no effect on these beauties gigantic growth (or maybe because of it? eeeek)

These spotted outside the library but only as I was leaving! and google has not been helpful as to a name.
The gumnuts on the ground are at least 3cm long so as you can see this is no 'shrinking violet'!
